You pay the excess if the vehicle is damaged, stolen or in an accident during your hire. We hold the bond before handover and release it after return, less anything you owe us.

Bring your original licence to handover. Overseas licences not in English need an International Driving Permit or an official English translation.

4. Additional drivers

Optional. Every additional driver must be 25 or older, show their licence at handover and is bound by this agreement.

5. Driving history Accidents, insurance claims, licence suspensions or driving convictions

Write "None" if there is nothing to tell us. Insurers treat these as material facts, so please include anything relevant.

I am 25 or older, and I hold the licence described above. It stays valid for the whole hire. I have not been disqualified or banned from driving, and I have not been convicted of a drink or drug driving offence.

6. Terms

I understand I must pay the excess and the bond shown for my vehicle. I understand that cover may not apply, and I will be liable for the full cost, if I break the rules in clause 5. If there is an accident or theft, I will follow the steps in clause 7 and I will not admit fault. I consent to Taylors Prestige collecting and sharing my information as set out in clause 11. I have read and agree to this agreement. My electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.
